Rebellis Development Group, LLC (Rebellis) is an Albuquerque-New Mexico based, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Native Hawaiian Minority Owned Small Business dedicated to providing secure technology solutions that increase customer effectiveness through intelligent and strategic methods. Since our inception in 2017, Rebellis has provided information technology (IT) and professional managed services to Tribal, State and Federal governments agencies that include the Department of Interior, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Energy, and the State of New Mexico. Our current customers include the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Health Services and Sandia National Labs, where we provide IT services to over 55,000 users across 35 states.

Darrell K. DeMotta
Darrell is the owner and CEO responsible for Rebellis’s overall performance. He acts as facilitator for the company and is responsible for developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with Rebellis’s short-term and long-term objectives. He manages daily operations for the company and motivates its members to advance team engagement to develop a high performing, competent, satisfied and motivated partners. He works in consort with company operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results that are consistent with the overall Rebellis Development Group strategy, vision and mission.
Darrell is a retired veteran from the United States Air Force. As a qualified Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), he has completed six combat deployments. Additionally, he has held the following positions: Operations NCOIC, First Sergeant and Squadron Superintendent. During his military career, Darrell received his Associates Degree in Information Systems Technologies: Community College of the Air Force in 2008, and a B.A.S. in Information Technologies; Wayland Baptist University in 2017. Currently, Darrell is completing his Masters Degree in Business Administration: Jack Welch Management Institute. He has received professional certifications in Executive Leadership, Change Management, Six Sigma, and Project Management form Syracuse and Cornell University, NY. After retirement, Darrell held positions as a program manager and program director for DoD, DoE (NNSA) and DoI (BIA/BIE) government contracts for IT and Cyber Services as well as Project Management.
